主要研究方向

  实验室致力于阐释细胞分化及其异常导致细胞恶变和肿瘤发生的分子机理,主要研究内容包括:1)阐释巨核细胞分化过程中核内有丝分裂的调控机理及其异常导致血细胞恶变的机制和相关干预策略;2)揭示肝癌演进发生的分子机制和生物标志物,探索新型治疗靶点和方法。实验室重点关注这些生理病理过程中的表观遗传、天然免疫和代谢重编程机制。

Research interests:

My laboratory is committed to elucidating the molecular basis of cell differentiation and its abnormalities leading to cellular malignancy and tumorigenesis. The main research contents include: 1) dissecting the regulatory mechanisms controlling endomitosis during megakaryocyte differentiation and how their dysregulation causes hematopoietic cell transformation and can be used for the development of intervention strategies; 2) revealing the molecular mechanisms and biomarkers of liver cancer evolution, and exploring novel therapeutic targets and strategies. My laboratory presently focuses on epigenetic, innate immunity, and metabolic reprogramming mechanisms regulating these pathophysiological processes.
